Our Philosophy

Every moustellar tin is the result of weeks of hand-grading and years of patience — not a product, but an inheritance.

Three generations ago, our family learned the art of sturgeon husbandry on the shores of the Caspian Sea. Today, moustellar carries that legacy across the world — sustainably farmed, and finished with an unrelenting attention to detail.

We never rush. The pearls take the time they need to mature, and you deserve the time to savor them.
